Featuring 60% fingerlimes, cooked down slowly over 3 days, and simply spiced - this is endlessly versatile and has such a beautiful and intriguing scent of sweet citrus.
Perfect paired with a thick toasted sourdough or dark bread slice, it’s a strong and bold taste which will make your mouth water!
Also used as a spicy chutney, baste on duck in the last 15 minutes of cooking or as a starter in stir fry. Use as the flavour in a spicy sauce or syrup & can be used a substitute for tamarind paste in Asian style cooking.
