Ziggy's endeavours to send out all online orders made before midnight each Sunday, the following Monday - not including over holiday shut down periods - via Australia Post Express.
Despite our best efforts however, at times of high ordering, we are sometimes set back and strive to send remaining orders shortly after on that same week.
Should we be unable to fulfil an order for any reason, or require more than an expected amount of additional time - we will contact you to inform and resolve promptly.
Returns
Because Ziggy's ships perishable goods, they cannot be returned unless they arrive and happen to be out of date or inedible.
If your item is in any way defective or damaged, please email us within two days of the arrival of your package to hello@ziggyswildfoods.com.au with proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue and photograph. This helps us with quality control for the future and is appreciated.
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery is no longer eligible for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Other than perishable goods, items such as gift cards are also not returnable - however workshop or event bookings may be exchanged for another available date, only, without refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3 business days.
