This unique drop of spiced deliciousness is the perfect addition for any warming cocktail, mocktail or soda. Inspired by Qishr - a traditional Yemeni coffee and sweet ginger drink - which is created from the coffee cherry instead of the bean - a forgotten by-product of coffee production, usually sent directly to landfill.
This is a sweet yet tantalisingly acidic drop that can be enjoyed on its own or used in mixed drinks.
An excellent way to add zing to fresh beverages or cocktails. Pair with a splash of soda or ginger beer and fresh apple, or dash it with tequila, mezcal, whiskey, or vodka.
