Pairing wild foraged Australian native Raspberries, collected continually and added to an ongoing fermenting mix, along with beautiful fresh strawberries. Fermented for the perfect amount of tang, to match it's fun fruity character!
Simply pour 20ml over ice, add 200ml soda water & top with fresh mint to serve. Spike with gin if so inclined!
